Terms of Service
The following are my official terms and conditions that clients must agree upon before I start working on a commission. By submitting a commission request, the client agrees to the terms and conditions listed below.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
All artwork is delivered digitally (No physical copies will be shipped. If you would like a print of the commission, contact me directly regarding this, a separate fee and ordering process will apply).What I Will DrawFan art

Fetish contentProcess & Scope of WorkThe commission process begins with a sketch phase. You may request revisions at this stage until you are satisfied.
After the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments may be made (major changes may require an additional fee).
Backgrounds are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be clearly defined and agreed upon before work begins.
I will provide progress updates throughout the process.
Estimated turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity and my schedule.PaymentPayments are accepted via PayPal (USD only).
A 50% upfront payment (minimum) is required before work begins. Full payment upfront is also accepted.
An invoice will be sent via email once the commission is accepted.
The invoice must be paid within 10 days, or the commission will be canceled.
Additional fees may apply for complex designs, backgrounds, extra characters, or significant revisions.Usage RightsPersonal use only unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial use requires an additional fee and must be discussed in advance.
I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio and on social media.

Full refunds are available only if work has not started.
No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed.
Partial refunds may be considered if the commission is canceled mid-process (amount depends on work completed, only up to 50% of the total fee).
